Refund policy

We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders over 100$.

Minimum Purchase: Free shipping applies to orders over $100 (Canada and USA).

Exclusions: Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Methods: Regular shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries*. If you require the express shipping, please contact our customer service team

Payments: Payments are made through SHOPIFY PAY. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping: All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Delays may occur in the event of a backorder, we will send you an email update regarding your order.

Special request:  If you need an item for a special occasion, please inform our customer service team by email and we will do everything to make it happen.

Product availability: Occasionally some items on our website might be out of stock and available on backorder on a later date. Our customer service team will contact you to advise you of the new delivery date and will give you the option to maintain your order or cancel it.

Returns: All returned items must be unworn with all tags and labels attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund/store credit. All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. All customers must request a return number to our customer service team and use their local post office to ship back returns at their expense. All returns must have a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned merchandise. Please note, when the return number is issued, you have 3 business days to mail back your return.

All discounted items in our sale section are final sale and are not subject to a refund, exchange or store credit only.

*Please note that we have the right to revoke the free returns in the event that a customer has reached the return rate of 3 orders / 3 returns or more, within 6 months. All returns sent with C.O.D (customs or duties / cash on delivery) will be refused.
